Mr. Verdun’s management and contractor liaison has been a great asset in ensuring project expectations are delivered as expected and on time.

Mr. Bimm has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. His expert knowledge of GPS technology has allowed our organization to develop the latest in advanced onsite and offsite processing of data, making us an industry leader regarding the delivery of accurate and on time services in the Ontario market. Mr. Bimm’s hands on project management style and attention to detail is a key factor in the culture of our organization, assuring accuracy on all information going to the contractor and the field.
Vice President and Project Manager
Mr. Pulver has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and an Applied Arts & Technology degree specializing in Survey Technology from Georgian College. Mr. Pulver has worked on and managed some the largest survey construction projects in the province, including, Pearson Airport, 407 , gold mines, underground, G.T.A.A., Highways 416/417 and Ottawa Highway 24/401. Mr. Pulver’s extensive knowledge in field operations has been a key factor in assuring projects meet or exceed Contractor expectations.
Jennifer Goncalves, CPA, CGA, HBA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Goncalves has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and property management industries. Her knowledge and experience in finance, administration, strategic planning, human resources and government regulations has been a great asset to CSS’s long term strategic planning and business development. Ms. Goncalves earned an Honors in Business Management at Humber College, a B.A. Degree with Honors in Business Management/Crime, Law & Deviance at the University of Toronto and is CPA and CGA certified.
Richard E. Emode, P.Eng., OLS, OLIP, FEC
Vice President of Project Engineering and Business Development
Mr. Emode has worked on some of the most aggressively scheduled large projects both locally and internationally, with huge success. These projects include nickel, copper and gold mine EPCM projects in Madagascar and Panama, 407 ETR East and West concurrent extensions projects in Toronto and 407 Phase I East extension across Durham Region Design-Built Project. Mr. Emode has a B.Sc.E. degree in Geomatics and Geodetic Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, Madagascar, and Nigeria. He is also a registered land surveyor and land information professional in Ontario. Mr. Emode’s 33 years of professional experience, knowledge, and college teaching expertise further strengthens CSS focus on exceeding our contractors’ expectations by utilizing the depth of expertise we have in-house.
CSS’s Operational Office personnel are comprised of Professional Engineers, Civil Technologist, Technicians, Ontario Land Surveyors, and CAD Operators. The CSS Operations culture of Teamwork and quality assurance allows us to provide our Field Teams the most reliable, accurate, and up-to-date information they need to assure the field work is cost effective. Our internal quality control processes entails experienced professional staff review of all incoming information and performing thorough checks and reviews before it is processed and sent to our staff or contractors. The expertise and knowledge of our Operational Team ensures effective communication amongst all relevant parties involved are maintained.
CSS’s Field Team is comprised of multi-disciplined professional and experienced surveyors. They are professionally trained and have access to state of the art and up to date survey equipment. Our survey crews are trained to be proactive on the jobsite. CSS has developed comprehensive field and operation quality control processes to ensure our crews are optimally positioned to handle any complex and time sensitive project a contractor would need on the site.
