Tim Verdun
President and Principal
Mr. Verdun’s 25 years’ multi-disciplined experience in the Construction Surveying industry has allowed CSS to expand our services to accommodate a wide variety of our Contractors’ needs. His knowledge in highways, bridges, municipal and residential infrastructures, tunnel and legal boundaries has been a leading factor to CSS’s growth. Mr. Verdun’s management and contractor liaison has been a great asset in ensuring project expectations are delivered as expected and on time.
Carl Bimm
Vice President of Field Operations and Principal
Mr. Bimm has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. His expert knowledge of GPS technology has allowed our organization to develop the latest in advanced onsite and offsite processing of data, making us an industry leader regarding the delivery of accurate and on time services in the Ontario market. Mr. Bimm’s hands on project management style and attention to detail is a key factor in the culture of our organization, assuring accuracy on all information going to the contractor and the field.

Anthony Pulver
Vice President and Project Manager
Mr. Pulver has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and an Applied Arts & Technology degree specializing in Survey Technology from Georgian College. Mr. Pulver has worked on and managed some the largest survey construction projects in the province, including, Pearson Airport, 407 , gold mines, underground, G.T.A.A., Highways 416/417 and Ottawa Highway 24/401. Mr. Pulver’s extensive knowledge in field operations has been a key factor in assuring projects meet or exceed Contractor expectations.
Jennifer Goncalves, CPA, CGA, HBA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Goncalves has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and property management industries. Her knowledge and experience in finance, administration, strategic planning, human resources and government regulations has been a great asset to CSS’s long term strategic planning and business development. Ms. Goncalves earned an Honors in Business Management at Humber College, a B.A. Degree with Honors in Business Management/Crime, Law & Deviance at the University of Toronto and is CPA and CGA certified.
